Refund policy
The option of return applies for 14 days, the costs incurred for the return are at your own expense. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
Only items in the same condition as you received them are eligible for a return. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.
Have you received an item that does not meet the conditions of the description and images? If so, please contact us immediately.
In some cases, returns may be denied a refund or only a partial refund:
- Items that are not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts, and where this is not due to us.
- Items that are not returned within a period of 14 days after delivery
Shipping and returns
In order to be as sustainable as possible, 't Meissie asks you to make an informed decision while shopping. Please review the size description before ordering. 't Meissie strives to ship all items ordered within 2 to 3 business days.
Returning

Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will send you a receipt confirmation via email. We will also let you know if we have approved or denied your refund.
If we approve your refund, it will be processed and automatically charged to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card issuer if necessary. It may take a while for your refund to show up.

Discounted items
Refunds cannot be issued for discounted items. Discounted items can be exchanged for other items from the webshop, please take into account shipping costs.
Returnshipping
To return your item, please send it to Fenacoliuslaan 7, Maassluis, Zuid-Holland , 3143AA, Netherlands.
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded. When you receive a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
If you send us an item with a value of more than €75, please consider a shipping service with a tracking option or insurance. We make no guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
