Shipping and Return Policy

Before you order anything...

In order to act as sustainably as possible, 't Meissie asks you to make a well-considered decision while shopping. Please review the size description before ordering. All size and material information is listed in the product description. If you are missing information or have questions, do not hesitate to contact us by sending an email to info@hetmeissie.com.

Dispatch

't Meissie strives to ship all ordered items within 2 to 3 working days. 

Return

The possibility of return is valid for 14 days, the costs incurred for the return are for your own account. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

Only items that are in the same condition that you received them are eligible for a return. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.

Have you received an item that does not meet the conditions of the description and images? Then contact us immediately.

In certain cases, a return will be refused a refund or refunded only part of the price:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts, and where this is not the fault of us. 
  • Items that are not returned within a period of 14 days after delivery

Refunds 

After receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. We'll also let you know if we've approved or declined your refund.

If we approve your refund, it will be processed and automatically charged to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. It may take a while to see your refund.

If that's not the problem, contact your bank. It often takes time to process a refund. Did you do this, but still haven't received your refund? Please contact us at info@hetmeissie.com

Discounted items 

Refunds cannot be made for discounted items. Discounted items can be exchanged for other items from the webshop, taking transport costs into account.

Return shipment

To return your item, you must send it to Fenacoliuslaan 7, Maassluis, Zuid-Holland , 3143AA, The Netherlands.

The shipping costs for returning the item are for your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you are sending us an item worth more than €75, please consider a shipping service with a tracking option or insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
